HOW TO START USING OUR PT-ONLINE PACKAGE
Welcome to Squat Revolution and our online personal training program, where we will help you reach your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home or the gym of your preference. Signing up is simple, just click on the sign up button and we will send you a questionnaire and mobility test to complete via email. Once we have received your completed forms, your personal trainer will create a personalized fitness plan tailored to your needs and goals.
Our fitness plans are always based on your specific needs and the equipment you have access to. Together with your trainer you will discuss how many times per week you should work out, as well as how many of those days should include stretches and mobility exercises. It usually takes us 2-3 working days to complete your fitness plan, so please be patient.
In the beginning, your trainer will ask you to record one set of all your exercises and send them to us. This will allow your trainer to assess your form and make any necessary corrections to ensure that you are performing each movement with good quality and form. You will start with foundation building movements that fit your body, and progress to more advanced exercises based on your goals. As you progress, so will your fitness plan.
You will receive all your programs in our fitness app, which includes instructional videos for each exercise. You can track the number of reps, sets, weights (if needed), and resting time. Additionally, you can use our nutrition app and accept various fitness challenges to help you stay motivated.
For the first few months, you and your trainer will have close contact to ensure that you receive all the support you need. After that, you can choose whether you want to continue sending us videos of your workouts, or if you prefer to only send your trainer messages when you have questions about any of the exercises. Everything will be tailored to your preference.
We offer a variety of add-on options to help you get the most out of your training. These options include virtual coaching, in-person PT sessions in either Bangkok or Phuket, and much more. You can choose the add-ons that best fit your needs and goals.
