Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms, Terms, and Conditions) carefully before using any of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd’s equipment or services (the Service) operated by Squat Revolution Co., Ltd (us, we, or our).

Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients who use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the Service.

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (Purchase), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit/debit card number, and the expiration date of your credit/debit card.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit/debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your service if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your purchase needs to have been completed before you start using the Service.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your membership and are currently not signed up to any of our commitment packages, you may simply discontinue using the Service. If you have signed up for our 12-month online package, you have the right to terminate your membership within the first 30 days. After that, termination will no longer be possible until the entire membership duration has been completed and paid for in full.

If you have signed up for any of our other commitment packages, the termination fee will equal 2 months of payments.

No refunds will be made.

MONTHLY PACKAGESPersonal Training & Physiotherapy:

All training sessions purchased through the Services need to be completed no later than 5 weeks after the purchase date*. Any unused training sessions that you may have left will, in such cases, expire without a refund.

*If you are away (holiday or business) for 1 week or less, an online training program will be included in the package price. If you are away for longer than 1 week, 1 session will be deducted from your training package for every week you are away, as an online fee. The remaining sessions that you may have left on your monthly package will still be valid for use when you are back in our gym facilities again. No additional suspension of the monthly packages will be possible.

Through your membership, you will get access to our fitness and nutrition apps, where additional stretching programs and, in some cases, fitness programs will be added to your personal activity calendar. These programs will be added to help you create a better routine and maximize your chances of reaching your goal. When you are away (holiday or business) your coach will add fitness and/or stretching programs for you to follow through the app.

TRAINING SESSIONS

All in-person and virtual training sessions purchased as an add-on through the Service need to be completed no later than 5 weeks after the purchase date. Any unused training sessions that you may have left will, in such cases, expire without a refund.

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-person or virtual training session, it needs to be made by you before 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled start of the session. It is your responsibility to ensure that the fitness coach that has been assigned to you has received your cancelation in time. If the cancelation is made after 6:00 PM, you will automatically forfeit that session and it will not, under any circumstances, be possible to reschedule such a session.

LATE ARRIVALS

You need to have arrived, or signed on, to your scheduled training session no later than 15 minutes after its scheduled start. If you arrive or sign on later than 15 minutes, that training session will automatically be forfeited and it will not, under any circumstances, be possible to reschedule such session.

PT-ONLINE

If you have purchased any of our PT-Online memberships (membership) made available through the service, you agree to honor that membership and complete all monthly payments, on time, for the whole membership duration. The different lengths of the membership are stated when you purchase the membership. By purchasing the membership, you understand and agree to the length of the membership, and you understand and agree that, after the first 30 days, you can no longer terminate a commitment-based membership until the entire length of the membership has been completed and paid in full. All memberships will be automatically renewed, either on a monthly or yearly basis. If you do not wish to renew your membership it is your sole responsibility to inform the coach that has been assigned to you about your decision one week before the renewal is scheduled to take effect, at the latest. If you have signed up for our 12-month package we will try to send you a reminder about the upcoming renewal 6-4 weeks before the renewal is scheduled to take place, but your responsibility to inform the assigned coach one week before the renewal is scheduled to take effect, at the latest, still stands.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Kingdom of Thailand and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Squat Revolution Co., Ltd.

Squat Revolution Co., Ltd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Squat Revolution Co., Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

An important component of our fitness plans is lifting heavy weights (barbells and dumbbells etc.). This activity is an inherent risk, and especially so if done with poor form. You may experience muscle tears, pulls, sprains, dislocations, or other undesirable health consequences. You are using Squat Revolution Co., Ltd’s fitness plans, equipment, facilities, and all provided services at your sole risk, and Squat Revolution Co., Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, will be liable for any injuries that may or may not occur while performing any of the exercises given by the coaches of our company. You should not rely on any information made available through our services as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience any type of pain or medical difficulties you must consult your doctor before beginning any of our fitness plans, with no exceptions.

DISCLAIMER

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an AS-AVAILABLE basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Squat Revolution Co., Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service available online will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service available online is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement is subject to the laws of The Kingdom of Thailand. By continuing to use our services you will by default acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
