Meet Jesper, or Jesse as most of us call him, the Founder of Squat Revolution. He is a trained Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Rehabilitation Specialist, and Sports Performance Coach. He hold certifications in Social Pedagogy, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Additionally, he possesses diplomas in various Mental Health treatments through HarvardX (Harvard University).
Jesper has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in mental health, physical therapy, and performance training, working with high-profile clients across various sectors in Thailand as well as prestigious football teams and athletes in both Sweden and Thailand. His extensive background enables him to provide tailored health treatments and personalized fitness programs designed to meet the individual needs of his clients, thereby ensuring optimal results.
In recognition of his expertise, Jesper has been awarded CBT Coach of the Year 2023 by Global Health & Pharma and named Top Personal Trainer in Bangkok by CleverThai.
